What do I need to get started?

There are a couple of things you can do to make the experience for your clients with Puristech successful and seamless. Having a cloud-based dispatch system such as LIMO ANYWHERE helps. Having the pricing properly set up in your system is a big plus.  Having clear and precise instructions helps us navigate your specific needs to make your client’s experience more enjoyable.  

How long will it take before you’re proficient at handling our calls?

With anything new, there’s always a learning curve.  How long that learning curve lasts depends on a few factors. Yes, of course, the professionalism of Puristech agents matters, but there are other factors to consider.  Is your dispatch system cloud-based? Are your prices properly programmed, and how specific are your requirements for the call center?    

What services are included in the price?

We offer all the standard services 24/7/365. This includes making new reservations, upselling your fleet, canceling and editing existing reservations, driver locates, and short-notice dispatching. All correspondence is sent via email or text message in real-time or can be batched during specific times of the day for auditing purposed.

How much does your service cost?

Our top-rate customer service center costs between $0.50 per hour and $5.00 per hour. LimoLive24 offers multiple usage packages you can choose from. Ultimately, the monthly fees are solely dependent upon the number of hours and call volume that we process for you. We offer a risk-free trial for prospective members to evaluate monthly costs and to determine your needs.

What type of operators do you serve?

LimoLive24 works with owners and operators that have fleets of all sizes. And we work with more than just limo operations, but also luxury transportation, sedans, party buses, and more.

What is your service area?

Our members work all around the U.S. and Canada.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Puristech will not corner any new or existing member into a long-term contract. Our contracts are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation policy.

Is my company information and client list kept confidential?

All your business and client information is kept confidential per our contract. In addition, every Puristech team member is required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Puristech operational centers have 24/7 surveillance and call monitoring for increased security.
